Position Summary:
The HR Operations Secretary provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, scheduling meetings, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR managers and staff.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and manage HR files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR administrative or secretarial roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
