JOB PURPOSE OR FUNCTION

Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the employee information in the HRIS (Great Day). Enrolls new employees in Great Day for their attendance logs.

Ensures the completeness of the employee records in the 201 files. Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition team for the lack of documents/requirements.

Prepares HR reports and dashboards, which include, but are not limited to, the HR dashboard (Infinuum) and employee profiling data. Recommends ways to present meaningful HR analytics, which would guide management on personnel-related decision-making and planning.

Maintains and supports the organization's HRIS applications and modules.

Attends to any HRIS-related concerns from the employees/end-users.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experiences

  1. At least one (1) year of work-related experience in managing HRIS and data analytics. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Education

  1. At least a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting, and Information Systems.

Certifications

  1. An advantage: With Power BI Certification

Other Basic Requirements

  1. With strong analytical skills.
  2. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  3. Must be computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
  4. Must have excellent MS Excel skills.
