What You'll Do

  • Learn the Products – Get to know our machines, tools, and creative supplies.
  • Support Customers & Team – Assist with product inquiries (online or in-store) and recommend the right solutions.
  • Gather Feedback – Share insights on what customers love and what they're looking for next.
  • Join Campaigns – Help out in product launches, promos, and marketing events.
  • Create Content – Assist with product descriptions, FAQs, and social media posts.
  • Spot Trends – Stay updated on the latest in printing, crafts, and design.
  • Pitch In – Take on new challenges and grow within the team.

Who We're Looking For

  • Open to fresh grads, career shifters, and first-timers — we'll train you
  • Bonus points if you have experience in sales, customer support, or creative projects.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys helping others.
