Job Description:

We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Executive with extensive knowledge and experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and providing technical assistance and support to customers. This role requires an individual who is proactive, results-driven, and has an established network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of lighting products to clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct site visits, project assessments, and product presentations to showcase solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper product selection and application.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the client base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and quotations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the lighting industry or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of lighting systems, technical specifications, and project-based sales.
  • Established network of potential clients such as contractors, developers, designers, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Willing to conduct site visits and client meetings when necessary.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
