CAREPLUS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Blended Account CSR, you will be responsible for handling both voice-based and non-voice customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and addressing customer needs, proactively offering solutions and additional services
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer support
  6. Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of service

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  5. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the region
