Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Non-VoiceJob Summary
The Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) is responsible for providing excellent customer support through written communication channels such as email, chat, and tickets. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, accounts, or transactions
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and professional written communication
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and response-time targets
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and process changes
Qualifications and Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats or tickets simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or non-voice support
- Experience with chat or email support platforms
- Knowledge of e-commerce, technical support, or BPO processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php27,000.00 per month
