About the role
Top Alliance is seeking a dedicated CSR Non-voice to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR Non-voice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests through non-voice channels, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests received via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
