About the role

Top Alliance is seeking a dedicated CSR Non-voice to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR Non-voice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests through non-voice channels, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests received via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  4. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
