We're looking for a motivated IT Technical Support Intern who wants real experience—not just desk work. You'll learn by doing, side-by-side with senior techs, and even get to visit client sites for actual IT setups and support calls.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic IT support issues
  • Help install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Participate in routine preventive maintenance tasks
  • Provide user support on Microsoft Office, internet, printers, etc.
  • Help document support tickets and issue resolutions
  • Accompany senior technicians to client sites for installations or troubleshooting
  • Learn the ropes of technical service in real business environments

*All client visits are supervised by a senior technician to ensure safety and learning.

What We're Looking For

  • Student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, networks, basic troubleshooting
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Can report onsite when needed and open to occasional fieldwork
