Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in paralegal, titling, or legal documentation.
  • Knowledge of property titles, regulatory compliance, and corporate documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work Onsite in BGC. Monday to Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle title transfers from the developer's name to the buyer's name.
  • Prepare and review documentary requirements in advance.
  • Review and analyze property titles and legal documents to identify defects or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of title transactions and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the titling process.
  • Draft and route Board Resolutions and Secretary's Certificates.
  • Record minutes of meetings.
  • Draft and submit reportorial requirements with various government agencies such as DHSUD, RDs, SEC, LGUs, PRA, and NPC.
  • Manage and maintain corporate-related documents.
  • Act as liaison with government agencies for corporate-related deliverables.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
