Paralegal/Titling Associate

Titling Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all required documents for BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) and Authorized Officer (AO) filing.
  • Handle all aspects of title transfer documentation for condominium/residential units, including associated parking titles.
  • Monitor and update the status of title transfer accounts; submit daily progress reports to the Team Leader for task tracking.
  • Accurately process assigned documentation tasks based on the daily worklist within the specified cycle time.
  • Prepare and reconcile title transfer liquidation reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain well-organized records of all documentation and communications related to title processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to secure necessary clearances and compliance documents.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Draft and route Board Resolutions and Secretary's Certificates.
  • Draft and submit reportorial requirements to various government agencies such as the SEC, LGUs, PRA, etc.
  • Ensure and monitor timely submission of regulatory compliance documents, including Business Permits, General Information Sheets (GIS), and Business Registrations.
  • Process working visas for foreign employees.
  • Maintain and manage all corporate-related documents in a systematic filing system.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in title documentation, compliance, or corporate legal support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements related to property and corporate documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City or Pasay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
