Job Summary:

The Site Assistant acts as the ambassador in promoting the project and units to clients. Duties involve the presentation of the project to walk-in clients as well as assisting in the viewing of the model unit & deliverable unit, monitoring site activity including the walk-in count & condition of the model unit/deliverable unit. He/She is responsible for the presentation and promotion of the project on-site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist business development in ensuring smooth operations of Show suites
- Receive clients and endorse to seller in contract
- Receive walk-in clients, then assign to sellers following the slotting
- Assist in brokers in presenting the project to their clients
- Ensure that the model units and common areas are always presentable
- Report issues in maintenance, security and any incidents at the show suites to Project Development
- Acts as concierge for the Sales Lounge by welcoming all guests
- Assigns & endorses walk-in, phone-in and email inquiries to assigned seller/s
- Monitors & prepares report for all walk-in, phone-in and email inquiries
- Presents project to clients if sellers handling account are not immediately available
- Presents project to other clients endorsed by the Project Devt team, and 3rd party brokers inquiring about the project
- Assists Marketing Officer/Marketing Assistant in event preparation and set-up
- Oversees efficient Sales Lounge operations by monitoring pantry & toilet supplies, and reporting all repair & maintenance concerns to Project Devt

REPORTS

  • Weekly report walk-in prospects or call-ins, including demographics, source

  • Monthly inventory of furniture and accessories

  • Can effectively present information one on one or to small group

  • Can apply effective interpersonal skills to provide service

  • Develop alternative acceptable approaches and ideas

  • Demonstrates persistence & overcomes obstacles

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • Willing to work on weekends.
