Requirements:Fluency in both Spanish and English languages, both written and verbal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the AI or technology industry

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
