Assist Leadership: Collaborate with leaders to implement business plans and promptly report work progress and issues.

Assist Sales in Order Placement: Liaise with the sales team, accurately create orders, and carefully verify all information on the orders.

Order Approval: Conduct preliminary reviews of orders to ensure compliance and completeness. Submit orders for approval according to the process and follow up on the approval status.

Follow Up on Sales Progress: Track the entire process of orders, communicate with multiple departments, promptly warn of delivery risks, and assist in resolving them.

Contract Management: Organize and file contracts, establish a contract ledger, assist in reviewing contract terms, and remind relevant parties to fulfill their obligations.

Data Statistics and Analysis: Collect and organize order data, generate reports, analyze the data, and put forward suggestions.

Complete Other Tasks: Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders on time.
