Our company is currently looking for interns in the Human Resources and Administration Department. The HR interns will assist in tasks like recruitment and timekeeping.

Key responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping: Assist the HR Assistant in preparing employees time record
  • Recruitment: Source candidates
  • Conduct paper screening and perform interviews
  • Schedule candidates for exam and interview
  • Assist in test administration and check their assessments
  • Encode applicant's data in a database
  • Assist in other clerical tasks such as filing
  • Employee relations: Assist in any HR activities and/or events
  • Perform other assigned tasks from time to time

Degree Program:

  • Human Resources Management
  • BS/BA Psychology
  • Any equivalent degree program

Other Qualifications:

  • Hours to render: minimum of 150 hours
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City)
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful and a team player
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be presentable and with pleasing personality
  • Willing to start immediately
