About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll support end-to-end internal audit engagements — from planning and testing to reporting and recommendations. You'll mentor junior auditors while driving meaningful improvements across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing internal audits
  • Perform operational and SOX compliance audit tests
  • Develop risk-based audit plans and documentation
  • Analyze data and prepare actionable audit insights
  • Mentor and guide junior auditors
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Recommend process improvement opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in internal/operational audit
  • Experience in
    SOX audits
  • Degree in
    Accounting, Accounting & Finance
    , or related
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and report writing experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
