Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor located in Metro Manila. The Internal Auditor will oversee internal control processes, conduct financial audits, and prepare detailed audit reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include evaluating business operations for potential risks, analyzing financial data, and recommending improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and financial integrity. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to uphold transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Audit Reports and Financial Audits to assess internal control systems and compliance practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify risk areas or improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge in Finance, including financial principles, policies, and regulations.
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is advantageous.
