Responsibilities:

  • To prepare test documentation accurately and efficiently (in English),
  • To perform day-to-day software testing of the company's products and enhancements as directed,
  • To proactively and proficiently identify & follow up on software product defects,
  • Assist in developing/deploying test processes and methodologies,
  • Comply with existing quality and testing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in waterfall methodology, and scrumm/agile exposure
  • Comfortable with working with numbers/calculations
  • Testing in various technical software environment/backgrounds, API testing – not interested in those that only been hardware testing
  • Demonstrated experience in practical software testing (at least 2 years) Manual testers only (salary to be given would depend on the number of years presented)
  • Degree/Diploma in IT/Business related course Industry Accredited Software Testing certification preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in the use of structured testing methodologies & principles,
  • Hands-on experience with software product test planning, execution, following up on defects,
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills (written and verbal),
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn varied software products,
  • Time Management & Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision,
  • Be a strong Team player,
  • Proven experience in HR/Payroll software testing is desired, but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
