We are looking for a
Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET)
to lead and enhance our quality engineering practices across complex business systems. This role blends
hands-on manual and automated testing
with leadership in test strategy, automation framework design, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years
    of software testing experience, including
    3+ years in test automation
    .
  • Expertise in
    Tosca
    and/or
    Python
    for developing and maintaining automated test suites.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, Agile/Scrum
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with
    API testing, data validation (SQL), and integration testing
    .
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide QA automation engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
