The role

This role strategically manages the full learning and development function, from initial gap analysis and content creation to program delivery, budget oversight, and measuring the impact of training on employee performance and organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the complete Training and Development lifecycle , which includes:

  • Needs Analysis: Identifying skill gaps and business requirements by analyzing performance data and collaborating with management.
  • Design & Development: Creating comprehensive learning materials, curricula, and selecting appropriate delivery methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning).
  • Implementation & Delivery: Managing all logistical aspects, scheduling, and either personally conducting or overseeing the delivery of all training programs.
  • Financial Management: Developing, tracking, and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the training budget.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Measuring the impact of training on employee performance and business results, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Maintaining industry expertise, managing vendor relations, ensuring compliance, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Development, Education, or other similar.
  • Generally requires 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) or Human Resources (HR) field.
