About the role

TEVIANT' is looking for a talented Social Media Associate to join our dynamic Marketing Communications team. In this full-time role based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media content to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on our social media strategy and help shape the online presence of a leading brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to different social media channels
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to continuously improve content performance and optimize strategy
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Excellent written and visual content creation skills, with a strong understanding of social media best practices
  • Proven ability to analyse social media data and use insights to inform content strategy
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platforms
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
