Employment Type: Project-based (2 years) with annual project bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a Support Engineer – CSA (Architectural) to oversee and facilitate the architectural aspects of greenfield manufacturing projects in North Luzon. This role focuses on the supervision and completion of building and construction activities, with a strong emphasis on final architectural finishes across office spaces, central facilities, and other supporting structures within the site. The position requires close coordination with contractors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support civil, structural, and architectural works for manufacturing facility projects.
  • Facilitate the completion of building and construction activities according to project plans and schedules.
  • Manage and ensure quality execution of final architectural finishes across office spaces, plant facilities, and central structures.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve design or construction-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, progress reports, and inspection records.
  • Provide technical input and support for continuous improvement of construction and architectural processes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with proven hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong background in overseeing architectural finishes and building completion.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial plant projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
