Open position for CPF Agro-Industrial Business (Philippines)

  • POSITION: (1) MARKETING OFFICER
  • Location : San Fernando, Pampanga

Brief Job Description:

  • Conduct market research and gather field data to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize map knowledge for area coverage planning and territory management.
  • Develop and implement effective route plans to maximize field visits and optimize marketing reach.
  • Apply sales math and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making and campaign improvements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with customers and partners to strengthen brand presence and support local marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor field performance metrics and provide feedback on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of marketing activities, data collection, and route coverage.
  • Support special events, product launches, and trade promotions within assigned areas.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with field marketing or sales experience in the livestock or agro-industrial industry.
  • With valid driver's license (Manual or Automatic Transmission).
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and territory management tools.
  • Flexible, highly adaptive, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
