Job Summary:

The Production Senior Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in line with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and quality targets in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and yield.
  • Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Prepare and submit production reports and manpower utilization updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or electronics company.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, and line balancing.
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
