JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions
  • Job Posting
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Conducts Phone Interviews
  • Set an Interview schedules with the Lead
  • Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead
  • Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment
  • Orient new onboard interns
  • Creates e-banners (if needed)

Qualifications:

  • Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar field
  • Familiarity with MS Office and With Laptop
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Willing to have OJT work fully on site
  • With laptop
