Deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium Italian chocolate and gelato in a vibrant, team-oriented retail environment

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Understand and recommend chocolates and gelato based on types, taste, and customer needs
  • Receive deliveries, check quality, and restock all product areas accurately
  • Maintain displays and storage per brand standards for shelf-life, temperature, and humidity
  • Follow food safety rules and ensure all areas and equipment are clean and organized
  • Process payments accurately using the POS after completing cashier training
  • Share knowledge and help train team members on product, service, and cashiering standards

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with kitchen experience
