Job Description: Marketing Assistant

Department: Marketing

Location: One Esplanade Office (with minimal fieldwork)

Reports to: Marketing and Training Manager

Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities across all sales channels. This role is ideal for a Bachelor's degree graduate with at least one year of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to campaign execution, events, and marketing communications. The Marketing Assistant will contribute to the success of e-commerce, residential, and corporate programs through active coordination, administration, and creative input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across all sales channels (e-commerce, residential, and corporate).
  • Support customer engagement activities, including responding to inquiries, assisting in marketing programs, and coordinating with sales teams for residential and corporate projects.
  • Manage marketing communications and administrative tasks, including preparation, distribution, inventory monitoring, and reporting of marketing materials (flyers, calling cards, brochures, digital collaterals, etc.).
  • Provide support in the execution and logistics of events, orientations, and community activations.
  • Maintain and update marketing documentation, campaign reports, and performance tracking sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Operations, Creative) and external partners (ad agencies, suppliers) to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in content preparation for digital and offline channels, such as social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of work experience in marketing or related tasks.
  • Exposure to campaign execution, events, or e-commerce activities is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Meta, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and work independently or in a team.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8 hrs/day).
  • May be required to assist in events or marketing activities outside regular hours, with prior notice.
