Job Summary

Provide field support for the efficient and quality execution of the Project by conducting proper inspections/quality checks and monitoring the implementation of quality management system and technical compliances by the EPC and all its subcontractors/suppliers in the Project.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

·      To conduct inspections and quality checks mainly for Civil Works and/or relevant activities following the technical requirements, established method statements and ITPs, approved drawings and other relevant documentations to ensure Works' compliance of the Project.

·      To ensure that EPC and its subcontractors' Works are compliant with the Project's specification, relevant standards and quality documents and executing the Works using the approved and latest documents/drawings.

·      To check adequacy and correctness of EPC and its subcontractors' submittals necessary for materials and Works approvals.

·      To maintain monitoring records/log for all QAQC activities of the EPC and its subcontractors/suppliers.

·      To conduct materials/equipment inspection upon or prior to delivery and/or attend FAT as required.

·      To witness materials sampling and testing as called for in the ITP and to initiate random confirmatory testing, as necessary.

·      To ensure that required routine calibration and maintenance for the test equipment and measuring devices are conducted in a timely manner.

·      To collaborate in the review of the Project documents e.g., Method statements, ITP, drawings, test reports and certifications, records and forms.

·      To attend/assist in the conduct of technical training/briefing for the TSPI quality team and/or EPC and its subcontractors.

·      To assist the TSPI QAQC team in conducting audits and other inspections, as needed.

·      To fulfill related responsibilities/duties as directed by the QAQC Supervisor or Manager or TSPI Top Management.

Key Qualifications

·      Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or relevant engineering/technical course, preferably licensed.

·      Minimum 5 years work experience pref. in PV/BESS and Building Construction Projects.

·      Minimum 2 years QAQC functions, pref. in PV/BESS and Building Construction Projects.

·      Preferably knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Standard and implementation of Quality Management System

·      Preferably with technical training related to QAQC and/or PV/BESS/Building constructions.
