  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify construction activities.
  • Identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures.
  • Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in construction projects.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, construction methods, and materials.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, testing methods, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
