Job Description:
We're on the hunt for a confident, resourceful Sales Specialist skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and product presentations. Canva proficiency is essential, as you'll be crafting visually powerful materials to help communicate our value to clients. You'll build relationships, close deals, and represent our solutions at key business events.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold‐calling.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain our software products and business solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotation, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell where feasible, and generate recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are properly understood and addressed.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to help shape product and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline status, and produce regular sales reports.
- Provide after‐sales support to ensure clients are onboarded properly and all issues are resolved.
- Track progress and client interactions via CRM systems
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accountancy, or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales (software, IT, business solutions preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical / software concepts in simple terms.
- Results‐driven, self‐motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Willingness to do on‐site visits or travel if required.
