Social Media Customer Care Representative – Voice Support

Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and concerns from social media platforms via voice calls
Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to resolve customer issues
Record interactions in the system accurately and efficiently
Work with other team members to solve customer concerns or escalate issues
Follow standard scripts and brand guidelines when speaking with customers
Stay updated on products, services, and company policies
Qualifications:
Senior High School Graduate or Fresh College Graduate (any course)
No prior work experience required – training will be provided
Good verbal communication skills in [Language; e.g., English/Tagalog]
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Location: Ayala North Exchanges Makati
