Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Develop and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize campaign results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping pace with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
