Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design compelling visual content and graphics using Canva for various marketing initiatives
  • Manage social media presence across multiple platforms with strategic posting and engagement
  • Actively engage with industry posts and conversations to build community presence
  • Create and publish blog content on the membership website to educate and inform members
  • Support seamless member onboarding processes and ongoing member relationship management
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
  • Assist with content production, curation, and distribution across multiple channels
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva for professional graphic design and content creation
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management with proven engagement results
  • Familiarity with content management systems and blog publishing platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice
  • Experience supporting customers or members onboarding processes
  • Strong organizational abilities and administrative skills
  • Adaptability to work with various software tools and platforms
  • Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging, professional content
