Depot Administration Specialist

Description
- Manage and oversee depot administration processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate inventory management and logistics functions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports pertaining to depot operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Support training and onboarding of new administrative staff as required.
- Ad hoc - depot nurse to respond in emergencies and other medical concerns
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Registered Nurse
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or logistics coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
