Job Description:

  • Leads the Sales Operations team towards the effective execution and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Responsible in directing and overseeing the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
  • Sets short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  • Conceptualizes, develops, enhances, and implements plans and programs that will strategically and effectively position the company's branding in the real estate and property development industry.
  • Develops and implements effective and efficient recruitment campaigns and taps all possible sources for highly qualified brokers.
  • Develops and implements sales training needs analysis and designs effective sales training programs that will address the continuing skills development of the company's accredited brokers.
  • Develops and implements sales dashboard and measures key sales and revenue growth parameters and indicators.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree major in Business Management or any relevant business course.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker would have an advantage.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant managerial experience in sales operations gained from real estate and property development industry.
