We are looking for a detail-oriented RCM Associate to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will manage billing processes, ensure claims are submitted accurately, and follow up on outstanding payments to help maintain smooth revenue flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient information for accuracy before billing.
  • Prepare and submit insurance claims in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up with insurance providers.
  • Investigate and resolve claim denials or rejections.
  • Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile patient accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT codes, and EHR/billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
