Mortgage Loan Processing Officer II

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any business-related course

Work Experience: Three years

Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge in Accounting ERP/system; Familiar with Real Estate Sales & Collection Cycle; Familiar with financial institution accreditation and loan

processing; Familiar with accounts ageing and enforcement of lumpsum collection policy; Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Guides clients through the entire loan application process—from initial inquiry to loan take-out—including assistance with Pag-IBIG Borrowers' Validation Seminars.

2. Prepares, encodes, and prints required Pag-IBIG loan documents; handles notarization, annotation, and submission to relevant government offices such as the Registry of Deeds and BIR.

3. Inputs client information into internal systems and Pag-IBIG's Dev Entry system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan application records.

4. Conducts credit investigations and employment verifications via email, and confirms membership status with Pag-IBIG through MSVS processing.

5. Requests original titles, permits, and budget requirements; processes liquidation and budget allocation documents related to Pag-IBIG housing loans.

6. Monitors lumpsum collections to ensure timely payment; prepares and submits monthly reports on collection efficiency, collection summaries, and loan release forecasts.

7. Ensures all accreditations and certifications are updated and valid; prepares EWT/CWT documents for accounting computations and compliance with funding requirements.

8. Provides administrative support to the liaison officer and performs other related tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth execution of housing loan operations.
