  • Managing and maintaining supply chain inventory and records
  • Monitors stock level to all branches
  • Monitoring of movement of items in warehouse
  • Sourcing suitable competitive and quality suppliers
  • Maintaining good and professional relationship with the suppliers.
  • Ensuring that the procurement and delivery of supplies are meeting the requirements.
  • Planning schedule and coordinating deliveries and routing.
  • Monitoring Logistics for smooth operations.
  • Provide weekly and monthly report.
  • Oversees work performed by support personnel

Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • Preferably with minimum of 5 years work experience as Supply Chain Manager, Supply and Demand Manager and with experience in purchasing, inventory management and planning deliveries
  • Experience in handling purchasing team with 3 to 5 members
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
  • With knowledge in Netsuite system is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to be deployed in Ortigas Corporate Center, Quezon City
