We areis seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our call centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely fashion
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • 6 months of customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with the call centre industry and best practices
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
