
Secretary to the President

The Secretary to the CEO will deliver high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective liaison with stakeholders. The role demands professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate and executive environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule appointments, meetings, travel logistics.
● Serve as the primary communications point between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
● Draft, proofread, and administer official correspondence, reports, and documents.
● Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
● Manage errands, logistical needs, and personal requests as needed.
● Liaise with various departments to execute the CEO's directives.
● Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data updates, documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related field.
● Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Filipino).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and reliable.
Ready to work extended hours or travel occasionally.
Location Advantage: Candidates residing near Makati, BGC, or Ortigas are strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
