Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings based on sketches, rough drafts, or detailed instructions.
  • Update and revise drawings according to design changes or redline markups.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards (e.g., Philippine Building Code, company standards).
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to clarify design details.
  • Organize and maintain drawing files and related documentation.
  • Perform plotting, printing, and archiving of plans when required.
  • Support project documentation, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or any related course.
  • TESDA NC II in CAD Drafting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other software like Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Civil 3D is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in CAD drafting (entry-level applicants are also welcome in some firms).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Familiar with local building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
