Purchasing Intern

The Purchasing Intern will support his/her assigned department by performing a range of tasks, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in office administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying potential suppliers and assessing the dependability, affordability, and quality of each one.
  • Inquire regarding equipment and roughing-in materials from existing suppliers that will be utilized for projects.
  • Communicating with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, delivery costs and any modifications.
  • Analyzing purchase expenses to find opportunities for savings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and prices.
  • Recommending alternative suppliers or products when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Taking up Office Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or any business course
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in using Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Viber, and Skype.
  • With good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Can report every Monday-Friday

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Up to Php150.00 per day
