Support project improvement requiring alignment. Support robustification standard.What You Will DoOperate, maintain, and repair building systems (BMS, KNX lighting, Warema blinds)Troubleshoot and adjust electrical and mechanical systems using technical dataMonitor BMS alerts and respond to issues promptlyEnsure compliance with safety, engineering, and regulatory standardsCoordinate with departments and oversee contractors as neededMaintain accurate logs, reports, and IMS-compliant documentationManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers and warehouseUpdate service contracts and ensure compliance with change managementSupport root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teamsParticipate in safety checks and improvement initiativesReport hazards and take corrective actionPerform other tasks as assigned and follow company policiesWhat We Look ForBachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering or any related engineering course.Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar position or demonstrated ability in construction industry supervising BMS, Automation, Electrical or Green Energy installation and coordination.Has experience in PLC, HMI, SCADAKnowledgeable SAP EAM, ERF (or any related system)Proficient in english, both written and spoken.Are you ready to join us?
