Interface Engineer

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is hiring for an INTERFACE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably PRC Licensed or Registered Engineer
• With at least 5 years of construction experience in Project Management, Design Consultancy, & Implementing Contractor.
• Experience in construction in Oil and Gas industries or alike.
• Preferably with QMS Standard or equivalent in relevant discipline

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project schedule and flag the leads on subpar outcome that may affect planned schedule.
• Monitor portfolio commissioning schedule and flag necessary team on any deviation.
• Coordinates regularly with Construction Assurance for project status.
• Support project team's activity in preparing, scheduling and other needed assistance to ensure proper execution.
• Assist on tracking, recording & follow up data requirements and action items discussed & agreed during group discussions and meetings.
• Ensure that the Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) requirements are met.
• Review engineering, construction, and commission documentation of the project.
• Monitor Punchlist/ items until completion/ support.
• Weekly monitoring of PSSR-Statement of Fitness (SOF) and Final Ready for Commissioning Notice (FRCN).
• Support in compiling and verifying the completion handover package.
• Monitor Capex Management of Change (MOC) and coordinate MOC Manager for changes, alignment, and close-out.
• Coordination with Sustain & Improve (S&I) for the assurance of 6DGAME completeness.
• Monitoring, assessment, analysis and managing Time-On-Tools (TOT) for construction.
• Collect data from multiple engineering disciplines and oversee creation of PSSR through valid references and supported documents.
• Coordination with site Project Engineer (PE) to ensure that all commissioning documents are completed.
• Ensure that the project is commissioned as per project intention and schedule.
• Ensure MOC requirements are completed.
• Engagement with PE and Project Development Engineer (PDE) during handover to ensure that all necessary reports are done and align to the PSSR requirements.
• Engagement with required Technical Authorities (TA) during PSSR or FRCN review for their support.
• Coordinate with Terminal Operations for their actions to MOC and PSSR.
• Collaborate with other teams within the business functions and collaborates to all other Planners for SIMOPS.
• Interface design, development & implementation within iPMT.
• Interface with other departments in SHIFT- demolition, I&M, special projects (SP), operations, etc.
• Ensures that all documents are controlled, supported & uploaded.
• Ensure that all changes or revisions made in the documents are authorized, maintained & controlled.
• Disposes quality records and documents in accordance with the set procedure.
• Timely and accurate delivery of all standard and ad hoc reporting within scope of work.
• Perform standard processes established for stakeholder & will participate in providing suggestions for continued improvement and streaming of procedures.
• Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained.
• Support internal document controller in collation of needing documents for govt permit application.
• Do other administrative tasks assigned by the Construction Assurance Lead.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
• May be asked to support other projects and perform other activities related to the role from time to time such as but not limited to: Jet A1, LNG, Demolition, I&M, OOSI, Bamboo, TSO, etc.

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Full on-site at Shell import facility Tabangao/Shell terminals or outports.
• Government Mandated Benefits: SSS, PHIC, HDMF, 13th month pay, 5 days SIL per year, OT Pay, Holiday Pay (Paid Regular and Special Non-Working Holiday even if unworked)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
