Job description

  • Assists in the development of new products and products for modification
  • Assist in validating and testing recipes for standardization
  • Assist in scaling up recipes for store and commissary production
  • Assist in the development of store procedures for new products
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedure for product processing at Commissary.
  • Works with purchasing to test alternative raw materials based on product specification and submits report within required timeline.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product specifications and standard operating procedure for product formulation and processing.
  • Conducts validation of specifications established for raw materials and finished goods in Commissary.
  • Creates and maintains all written specifications.

Qualifications

  • Degree in research, social science, or any related course
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Has keen attention to detail and is resourceful
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Good conversational and people skills
  • Highly trainable
  • Willing to visit commissary in Silang, Cavite
