You'll contribute directly to reporting initiatives, optimize existing solutions, and help establish BI governance within Microsoft Fabric.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Drive BI projects across the organization group.
  • Ensure smooth and consistent report production and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to manage growing reporting demands.

Optimization & Migration to Microsoft Fabric

  • Support the transition of BI solutions to Microsoft Fabric.
  • Enhance report and data model performance.
  • Streamline reporting processes through automation, monitoring, and data quality improvements.

BI Governance & Standards

  • Help define and implement BI standards (security, naming conventions, documentation).
  • Contribute to the long-term quality and sustainability of our reporting ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in Data Analysis using Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a strong desire to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to optimize data models and improve report performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a global team environment.

  • Experience in BI governance or enterprise reporting frameworks.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and scalable data solutions.
