  • Create, read and interpret blueprints, and construction plans.
  • Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved design.
  • Perform design vs actual inspection during milestone checks.
  • Interpret architectural and structural plans to align MEPF designs.
  • Collaborate and validate BOM for procurement based on technical specifications.
  • Generate and validate BOM for procurement based on technical specifications.
  • Perform on-site or remote inspection of purchase requests and verify alignment with approved design.
  • Ensure all work complies with Philippine codes and international standards
  • Participate in coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts proactively.
  • Support construction and commissioning team for installation queries
  • Submit reports and documentation aligned with project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with PRC License
  • At least 3 yrs working experiences in the same field

  • Can work on-site and on office

  • AutoCAD, Revit (Preferably with MEP Functionalities)

  • VRF/ VRV Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Ducting, Piping and Ventilation Design Develop detailed mechanical/ electrical designs based on project requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in National Building Code, PEC, PMC, ASHRAE Standards and local regulatory guidelines
