The Opportunity.

Thakral One is delivering a multi-cloud Salesforce program for a leading telecom enterprise. As Solutions Architect, you will design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Telecom Cloud, shaping architecture, integration patterns, and governance standards.

The Role.

  • Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including LWC, OmniStudio, orchestration, and flows.
  • Produce high-level designs; oversee detailed designs with Dev Leads.
  • Ensure security/compliance alignment with enterprise guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business epics into solution designs.
  • Support release planning, deployment readiness, and performance tuning.
  • Provide architectural guidance during development, testing, and hypercare.

The Expertise.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce architecture/design experience.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System); Telecom/Vlocity experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, flows, and orchestration.
  • Agile delivery exposure with Azure DevOps and Bitbucket.

Desired Skills:

  • Domain expertise in telecom CRM/BSS implementations.
  • Strong solution governance and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
