The Workplace Management Staff responsible for providing general administration support in relation to Facilities and Office Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Monitors activities of Service Providers ( Messengerial and Janitorial Services) and ensures compliance to agreements.
- Facilitates the implementation of improvements, repairs and regular maintenance of office buildings and equipment. Ensures that Admin. projects are implemented on time and within budget
- Coordinates with the implementation of regular maintenance of various office equipment (ex: Aircon, FDAS, Printer/ Copier, Emergency Lights, etc.) as scheduled and are ready to use at all times.
- Checking and closure of Admin ServEase ticket.
- Checks Contractor's compliance
Office Support Services
- Hotel and Flight Bookings
- Acts and validates TAF requests made by employees via Optikus or Hedcor TAF Application
- Coordinates flight and hotel reservations of employees and guests
- Prepares Letter Of Authority (LOA) for Restaurant Bookings
- Ensures payment of all transactions related to scope ( food establishments, utilities, Janitorial services)
- Maintains a systematic filing of all records, documents and reports pertaining to the assigned job.
- Prepares LOA for pickup of food refreshments per request.
- Coordinates plant visits.Ensures that logistical requirements are provided if needed.
- Works on restaurant accreditation covering Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)
Other Related Tasks
- Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
- Conforms to the company's Integrated Management Systems, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Reports any Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
- Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by: Ensuring the confidentiality of all data, information and other matters which are private, sensitive or confidential in nature or the exposure of which to other employees, persons, entities or organizations constitutes conflict of interest with and/or poses liability or damage to the Company.
- Performs any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Minimim Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree holder
- License: Not required
- Experience (No. of Years): Preferably with related experience
- Location: 1 vacant position available Cayanga, Pangasinan
