Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team. Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. RequirementsExtensive Experience: 5 years in senior management within the Philippine retail/wholesale sector.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business (MBA preferred) for strong business acumen. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local retail landscape and consumer behavior. Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Filipino (Bisaya proficiency a plus) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Leadership & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, analyze data, and solve problems. Market Awareness: Identify opportunities and threats by staying informed about market trends and competitors. Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve goals in a collaborative environment.

Business Acumen: Possess strong financial literacy and analytical skills for sound decision-making. Results Orientation: Set clear goals, hold teams accountable, and drive the company towards results. Resilience: Ability to withstand pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
