Marketing Services Executive

Clark, Philippines Travel + Leisure Co. Full time ₱800,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with business goals and regional market dynamics

  • Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends, and use this data to inform marketing strategies

  • Plan, develop, and execute of through-the-line marketing campaigns in a timely manner

  • Plan, develop and execute affiliate-facing content, Brand Publicity, & PR communications.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and image across all marketing efforts.

  • Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Finance and Revenue Management to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital and marketing trends and transform findings into actionable marketing opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience in working part of a marketing team which adopt an omni-channel approach.

  • Have a passion for creative content creation.

  • Knowledge of the membership-based marketing practices to increase retention and transaction propensity.

  • Demonstrated high level business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited resources.

  • Understanding of business drivers including ability to manage metrics for achievement of departmental goals.

  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.

  • Must have Direct Marketing experience and be able to demonstrate experience in "response driven" marketing.

  • Demonstrated initiative in introducing new concepts or ideas.

  • Results oriented approach to delivering quality outcomes.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally for achievement of overall business objectives.
